Great service. My laptop stopped charging just before Christmas. Roger to the rescue. Very quick pick-up with Covid precautions. Rapid repair (solered in a new socket) and drop-off. Roger provides a friendly, efficient service which is incredibly rare in this day and age!

My laptop was running really slow. Roger came to my need. He was very polight and professional. He managed to sort out my issue as well as showing me how to back up all my documents and pictures. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Roger for sorting out my laptop, it works so much faster.

Cracked the screen of my laptop and after calling round many laptop repair services in Coventry decided to opt for Home-computer-fix. Roger quoted a reasonable price once he had the information he required but also exceeded my expectations with a fast service as I need my laptop for my business. From the start Roger was up front and honest with me and kept me informed through out. As promised my screen was fixed within a couple of days and is as good as new. This company restored two of our home computers back to life. We believed our iMac was beyond repair but HCF has it running more quickly than when it was new. They also saved data (including cherished photographs) that we presumed lost. They did this quickly and with excellent value for money. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

Wow what great service. Your courier picked up my laptop on Monday - right on the dot of the time specified in their text to me, and I have it back this morning. I received a text telling me that my laptop would be returned between 10 and 11 and it was here at 10! I don't think I have ever encountered such prompt collection/delivery!

The laptop was returned in good working order, repaired and looking like new. I would not hesitate to use and recommend your services. Top Job ;-).
